Oversee and validate pension and RRSP records, including member eligibility, enrolments, changes, terminations, etc. Liase with pension consultants, custodians, record keepers, and vendors to resolve escalated issues, retirements, terminations, and plan administration requirements Interpret and manage termination, retirement, pension quote, pension adjustment, SERP, Form 7, and year-end reporting requirements Provide pension guidance to employees, HR, management, and other stakeholders, and monitor legislative or plan changes Oversee employee savings plan records and payroll-related updates, including member eligibility, contribution changes, terminations, deduction accuracy,
and reconciliation requirements Act as point of contact with plan sponsors, HR, payroll, and employees to interpret plan provisions, and resolve issues Analyze and reconcile monthly benefit billings, payroll deductions, Finance reports, and general ledger information Develop, analyze, and validate pension, benefits, payroll, general ledger, month-end, salary expense, cross-charge, billing, remittance, and ad hoc reporting Provide support for payroll processing Support payroll, pension, benefits, ICFR, internal audit, and external audit activities Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience specializing in Pension &
Benefits administration, and a minimum of 2 years experience with Payroll Strong working knowledge of pension &
