We are looking for a talented and hardworking person to join our dedicated team of Pension Administrators. This full-time role will ideally be based in our Toronto or Winnipeg offices. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with defined benefit pension administration (preferred but not required) and thrive on providing superior customer service in a agile, team-oriented environment.

Prepare termination, retirement and death benefit packages for members of defined benefit pension plans Reconcile member data including annual member movements, data changes, and contributions Review and analyze membership data to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain and update pension plan databases with member information Support the preparation and submission of member statements, reports, and regulatory filings (including to pension authorities and the CRA) Provide call and email support to client employers and pension plan members delivering professional and Develop and maintain knowledge of pension laws, plan provisions and administration policies applicable for Flexible hybrid work policy Opportunities to help build and evolve our practice Hybrid work style and dress for your day approach (3 days in office minimum) A superior aptitude or focus on handling numerical data Process and detail-oriented with a keenness to accuracy on data entry and calculations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word,
