peopleCare Communities is seeking a People and Culture Generalist to provide responsive, cooperative support across the Leadership Support Office (LSO) and all peopleCare LTC Homes. You will work with leaders and staff to sustain a positive, consistent employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, recruitment, training, HRIS administration, benefits and leave support, and employee relations, with travel across homes in Ontario.
