Enhance surgical experiences as a Perioperative Aide at Unity Health Toronto. Support the surgical team, ensure cleanliness, and assist with patient care during operations. In this critical role, the Perioperative Aide supports the smooth flow of surgeries.

Under the direction of RNs and MDs, you will assist in preparing equipment and supplies, ensure timely availability of resources, and help position patients during procedures. Your dedication contributes directly to patient safety and operational efficiency in the operating room. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with organization of surgical supplies and equipment
- Help in positioning patients pre, intra, and postoperatively
- Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties in the OR
- Liaise with the MDRD team for productive operations
- Transport specimens and ensure they are handled properly Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certificate (625 hours minimum)
- Certification in BLS required
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred
- Familiarity with sterile techniques in a surgical setting
