We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Service Advisor to join our Member Contact Centre team at our Burnaby Head Office.
Training Commitment To set you up for success, the initial training period is full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday . Upon successful completion of training, team members will transition into one of the part-time schedules outlined below.

Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend the right coverage for our customers Identifycost-saving opportunities tosupport our customers’ life events and future needs. Worktogetherwith team members to provide exceptional customer service andmeet sales goals You’ll participate in BCAA’s training courses, maintainyourannual licensing requirements,and keep up to date with the latest products and service offerings in a supportive environment. Comfortable using technology, includingworkingknowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bonus qualifications!
