Sales and Marketing Coordinator Our client in Vaudreuil is currently looking for a sales and marketing coordinator. This person will provide administrative support to the sales department while contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will help to ensure the smooth running of sales operations and develop marketing materials (such as PowerPoint presentations and product sheets) to drive customer engagement and product promotion.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) or 8-4:30 (Flexible) ~ Benefits after 3 months (health & dental) ~ Long-term growth (internal promotions) ~ Brand new office being built ~ Marketing: Supplier and material coordination: Assist in the development and communication with suppliers regarding artwork, packaging and promotional materials Prepare and print presentation materials for trade shows and other promotional materials Content development: Design marketing materials for trade shows, conventions and customer meetings Develop product sheets, brochures and other marketing materials to support sales efforts Collaborate with marketing team on new product launches and promotional campaigns Order entry of products Check all customer orders (prices/codes) Manage and document all customer complaints Follow-up with customers by phone or e-mail Data and documentation through data entry Complete customer list sheets Administrative Support tasks: All other administrative tasks in various departments. University degree in marketing, business or related field Minimum of two (2)
years relevant experience in a sales coordination or marketing support role Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred English-speaking internal and external clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis Positive command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of design and layout software an asset Experience in adminstration and customer service is an asset Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously EEO & Inclusion As a result, we are committed to developing and implementing strategies to increase the equity, diversity and inclusion within the workplace by examining our internal policies, practices, and systems throughout the entire lifecycle of our workforce, including its recruitment, retention and advancement for all employees.
