About the Company

Our client, a growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm with a strong reputation for advocacy and client-focused results, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Ontario.

Responsibilities

- Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury files from start to finish
- Handle all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings through to resolution
- Conduct examinations for discovery
- Attend and prepare for motions, mediations, and pre-trials
- Assist with and participate in trial preparation
- Proactively move files forward and develop case strategy
- Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient file management

Requirements

- Called to the Ontario Bar




- Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Strong understanding of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and the Insurance Act
- Demonstrated interest in advocacy and litigation work
- Ability to independently manage files and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
