Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Associate to join our team.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide knowledgeable information about merchandise and store promotions
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process payments
- Restock shelves and organize displays to maintain an attractive shopping environment
- Assist customers with carrying heavy items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store operations

Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as needed for stock handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
