You will engage with an interdisciplinary team to address medication-related issues and optimize therapies for patients. Additionally, you'll assist in mentoring students and supporting Pharmacy Assistants, bringing your critical thinking and communication skills into play. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical services safely and efficiently
- Manage patient medication therapy,

- Assess and resolve drug-related problems effectively
- Review medication orders and ensure accuracy
- Mentor Pharmacy Assistants and students, supporting team development

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent degree
- Current registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Additional Prescribing Authorization recommended
- Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
