Duties

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure medication storage complies with safety standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions and guiding patients through their prescriptions
- Maintain precise records of medication transactions and patient information in accordance with privacy regulations
- Support medication administration processes by verifying prescriptions and assisting with patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication delivery and patient care continuity
- Uphold strict adherence to medical terminology, safety protocols,



and pharmacy procedures at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience work healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools is an advantage (previous use of Fillware is an asset)
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork
