Support patient care as a Physician Assistant in Hematology at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. This full-time position involves clinical assessments, treatment plans, and inpatient and outpatient support. The Hematology PA collaborates closely with the supervising physicians while managing a variety of hematologic diseases.

You will conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and facilitate proper care pathways under supervision. Essential to this role are solid clinical skills, patient communication, and the ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inpatient rounds and assessments under physician guidance
- Perform comprehensive physical evaluations and interpret findings




- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including hematologic examinations
- Manage follow-up visits for complex hematology patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- 2 years managing inpatients preferred
- Eligible for CPSO registration
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required
