Job Summary

CoreBridge Wellness is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to provide personalized physiotherapy services within premium residential communities in Toronto.

The successful candidate will assess residents’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care to reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and support long-term wellness. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who values flexibility, high-quality care, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including health-history and movement evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, injury rehabilitation, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, movement, home exercises, and long-term health maintenance.
- Collaborate with personal trainers, massage therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment notes, and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and client-centred experience.
- Maintain treatment spaces and equipment according to cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning,



and treatment-planning abilities.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, mobility, and therapeutic exercise.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary wellness environment.
- Experience in private practice, sports rehabilitation, active rehabilitation, or residential wellness is considered an asset.
- Availability during evenings or weekends is considered an asset.
