We are hiring a relief, part-time (0.60 FTE) Physiotherapist with Kelowna Home and Community Care. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Shift times We provide a comprehensive, competitive, and people focused employment package, emphasizing wellness, growth, work–life balance, and long-term stability.

This position is based in the Kelowna Central geographic area out of Kirschner Home and Community Care. It includes participation in team rotation for weekend coverage (Saturday shift worked, Sunday on call), averaging approximately 2 to 3 weekends per year. A Physiotherapist functions both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services.

These include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes. In addition to clinical responsibilities,



the Physiotherapist contributes to departmental and qualified goals by participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and educational activities. They also provide guidance and direction to the rehabilitation assistant working within the team.
