Physiotherapy Assistant – Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and experienced Physiotherapy Assistant to join our Bells Corners clinic.

This is primarily a PTA position, focused on assisting patients with prescribed exercises and supporting physiotherapists with rehabilitation programs. Because many of our exercises can also be performed using a Pilates Reformer, previous Reformer Pilates experience or training is a solid asset.

Hours

- Tuesday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Thursday: 12:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Assisting patients with prescribed rehabilitation exercises
- Guiding patients through exercises under physiotherapist direction
- Using exercise equipment, including the Pilates Reformer where appropriate
- Supporting patient flow and clinic organization
- Assisting with front desk and administrative duties when required
- Helping maintain a welcoming, organized clinic environment

We are looking for someone with:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine enjoyment of working and connecting with people
- Strong reliability and time-management skills
- Administrative and basic computer skills
- A background in exercise,



rehabilitation, fitness, or healthcare

Pilates Reformer experience is strongly preferred. Mat Pilates experience is also an asset. Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.

There is an opportunity for the role and compensation to grow over time. Future earning potential will primarily be connected to developing the Pilates component of the position, including the ability to take on greater responsibility for Pilates-based services as experience and demand grow.

We are a small, family-oriented practice where team members have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and contribute meaningfully to the clinic.
