Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our pizzeria. The Crew Member will be responsible for preparing and serving quality pizza, making dough, assisting customers, handling orders and payments, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.

Duties The Crew Member will prepare pizza, food items, and other menu products according to restaurant standards, including preparing and portioning pizza dough as required. They will assist with food preparation and cooking, operate POS systems, process orders, and handle cash and payments accurately.

The Crew

Member will provide friendly and professional customer service, wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, and clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen areas, dining areas, and equipment. They will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the store and surrounding areas, including floors, counters, tables, and other assigned areas.

The Crew

Member must follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, restock ingredients and supplies as needed, assist customers with menu selections, upsell menu items, manage time effectively during busy periods, and support opening, closing, and other daily restaurant operations. Other duties may be assigned to ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and operates smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, basic cash handling and math skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. POS experience and previous restaurant or food-service experience are preferred. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation,



and proper food-handling practices is an asset.

The candidate should have good time management and organizational skills, be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and have a positive work ethic. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team, along with a willingness to perform food preparation, dough making, cleaning, dishwashing, and other general restaurant duties, is required.
