We are recruiting for a Marketing & Placement Broker for a well-established insurance brokerage in Calgary .

Play a central role in commercial growth by acting as the key link between Account Executives, Account Managers, and insurer partners. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and insurer partners to align placement strategies with client objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to support long‑term capacity and pricing stability.

Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to corporate procedures, and support operational consistency across placements. Minimum 3–5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience. Strong understanding of underwriting, coverage analysis, and insurer negotiation. Industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered an asset. #
