• Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world You are an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner with infrastructure program experience a minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. As the Senior Scheduler/Planner you will be involved in: Establish andmaintainthe project planning and scheduling framework, including procedures, baseline governance, reporting cycles, and schedule control metrics/KPIs. Develop andmaintainthe WBS/CBS, baseline schedule, and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers, the CM, and contractors. Prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces. Develop andoptimizeCPM schedules, and review third-party schedules for logic, critical path, risk, and overall reasonableness. Define progress measurement methods,



implement Earned Value Management, verify progress reporting, and issue the monthly integrated controls report (cost-schedule-risk). Monitor schedule performance, assess variances to baseline,maintainschedule records, and recommend recovery or mitigation actions whererequired. Assess schedule impacts of changes,maintaintime-impact and supporting records, and support delay analysis, claims review, and dispute resolution. Support integrated risk management, conduct site visits asrequiredtovalidateprogress, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning andcontrolsprocesses.
