The successful candidate will partner with engineering teams to improve developer productivity, enhance software delivery performance, and accelerate adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling. Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.

Design and implement CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices. Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and platform teams to improve software delivery processes. Contribute technical expertise and hands-on execution for priority modernization initiatives.

DevOps Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, release automation, and software delivery modernization.

Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools.



Understanding of practical AI use cases across the software development lifecycle. Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise , GitHub Actions, source control management, and developer workflows.

Experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and engineering enablement is an asset. Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to simplify complex technical challenges. Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. College or University degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
