Open Positions

Full-time / Seasonal depending on workload — Winnipeg, MB

Winnipeg, MB | Full-time / Seasonal

- Minimum 1 year of experience in plastering or stucco work
- Ability to mix, apply, and finish stucco/plaster materials
- Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
- Robust attention to detail and workmanship

Responsibilities

- Apply stucco and plaster to exterior and interior surfaces
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, masking, base coats)
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and assist the team
- Assist plasterers and crew members on-site
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites
- Support basic construction and stucco preparation tasks
