Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
- Ensure daily communication with Journeyperson
- Service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls
- Size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers
- Attend and successfully complete the required technical and safety training Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 2nd year plumbing apprentice
- Previous experience an asset Technical Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Valid Driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
- Working knowledge of electrical meter and electricity Non-Technical Requirements:
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
- Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
- Positive attitude
- Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team setting
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Have the physical stamina to lift heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kilograms Additional Details:

- On call over time required
