The analyst enters data into administrative systems and communicates with various stakeholders for any information related to the application of eligibility and billing standards. What You Will Do Provide administrative and technical assistance to internal and external clients.

Provide telephone support to group administrators during business hours.

Apply policies and eligibility standards when reviewing enrollment or change requests.





Enter data into administrative systems while respecting quality standards and deadlines.

Suggest process improvements to optimize quality and turnaround times.

Experience in group insurance or customer service would be a strong asset.

Completion of LOMA 1 and 2 courses according to company policy (an asset).

Computer skills: Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
