SWIM Recruiting has been engaged to recruit a Portfolio Administrator to provide back-office support across the investment trade lifecycle. This role will suit someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated financial services environment.

Review Portfolio

Manager recommendations and help ensure accurate and timely trade execution and settlement. Collaborate with Planning and Project teams to meet objectives and support ongoing projects.



Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented financial services professional who understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness and compliance in investment administration.

Post-secondary education or related experience in finance or investment administration. Minimum two years of back-office experience in financial services. Understanding of investment products and trade processing.

High accuracy rate in data entry and strong attention to detail. Awareness of regulatory requirements and the importance of compliance in investment activities. Has at least two years of back-office experience within financial services and wants to continue building their investment operations experience.

Is comfortable working with investment products, trade processing and transaction documentation. Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating across Portfolio Management, Planning, Project and trading teams.
