- Valid ASP Construction card

- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to work safely on construction sites
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors/site managers
- Reliable transportation to job sites is an asset
- Safety footwear and required PPE
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
Responsibilities
- Remove construction dust, dirt and debris
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
- Clean windows, glass and frames
- Clean walls, doors and surfaces
- Clean washrooms and common areas
- Remove garbage and leftover construction materials
- Detailed final cleaning before client turnover
- Clean around construction equipment and other trades
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all site safety procedures
Compensation $XX–$XX/hour, depending on experience and project.
Construction cleaning experience may qualify for higher compensation.
