Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : • Participate in the analysis of stakeholder needs and assess the feasibility of requests according to the capabilities and limitations of Microsoft Power Platform; • Design and develop Power Apps apps, mainly Canvas, to automate processes and structure data collection; • Configure screens, forms, galleries, components, and controls to create user-friendly, consistent, and responsive interfaces; • Apply ergonomics and accessibility principles as well as validation rules and business logic with Power Fx; • Integrate applications with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, Dataverse, Excel, and other authorized data sources; • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and access levels in applications; • Optimize formulas, queries, and data loading with delegation limits in mind; • Develop reusable components and diagnose application anomalies; • Automate notifications, approvals, reminders, activity tracking, and request assignment with Power Automate; • Configure conditions, loops, variables, exception handling,
and duplicate execution prevention mechanisms; • Integrate automated flows with Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, and Outlook; • Monitor executions, diagnose errors, and help secure and release automations; • Participate in the definition of performance indicators and visualization needs; • Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration operations with Power Query; • Create relational models, dimension tables, calculated columns, and measurements in DAX; • Design interactive reports and dashboards that include filters, segments, tooltips, and drill-down functions; • Optimize the performance of templates and reports, then configure row-level security when required; • Publish and organize content in the Power BI service, configure refreshes, and track errors; • Collaborate with source systems owners to resolve data issues; • Perform technical and integrated tests, fix defects, and validate roles, access, and security rules; • Prepare solutions for deployment in development, test, and production environments; • Manage dependencies, connections, and setting variables during the various release phases; • Comply with development, security, document management and governance standards; • Document configurations, connections, business rules, data flows, transformations,
and deployment procedures; • Transfer knowledge to the relevant resources and keep the documentation up to date The profile we are looking for is as follows: • Hold a university or college degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, business intelligence or a relevant field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience; • Have a minimum of five years of experience in development or business intelligence; • Have at least three years of relevant experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate; • Have at least three years of relevant experience with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX; • Have completed at least two comparable mandates combining application development, process automation and dashboard creation; • Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Fx, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI Desktop, and the Power BI service; • Knowledge of Power Query, the M language, DAX, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365; • Understand relational data modeling, report and dashboard design, and access and permission management; • Know how to manage Microsoft Power Platform environments and solutions in a structured context with security and governance requirements; • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL, REST APIs, custom connectors, and data gateways (an asset); • Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, Git, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell (an asset); • Experience in SAP integration, Agile and Scrum practices, application lifecycle management, and Microsoft Power Platform governance (an asset); • Demonstrate a constant focus on quality, maintainability, and documentation.
