A&W; Canada is seeking a Regional Property Manager – Prairies to lead day-to-day performance of a regional portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Western Canada. You will oversee maintenance, renovations, leasing, tenant relations, and reporting to drive strong occupancy and financial results.

You will manage six Site Managers, lead budgeting and strategic plans, and collaborate with senior leadership and acquisitions on due diligence and readiness for recent properties.
