Capital One Canada is launching the Process Manager Development Program for current graduates in 2027. You will rotate through projects across Fraud, Customer Acquisitions, and Payments, applying Lean/Green Belt principles while presenting work to senior leaders.

You will collaborate with agile studios and data teams, learn to code and visualize data with SQL/Tableau, and contribute to customer-focused process improvements in a hybrid work environment.
