- Own Talent-wide process optimization for cross-department accountability
- Assess current state processes and design future scalable workflows
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and use cases
- Establish process documentation standards and maintain accessibility
- Drive AI-enabled ways of working in Talent processes Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in process optimization or related fields
- Robust analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
