Under the supervision of the Supply Manager, the incumbent is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of suppliers and components. The role ensures continuity of supply, optimizes inventory parameters, and contributes to improving supplier performance. Contributing to meaningful projects that create a lasting impact. As a Procurement Specialist, You Must Be Able To Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders. Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial terms with suppliers.

Analyze and optimize supply parameters in the ERP system (MOQ, safety stock, reorder point, lead times). Maintain data integrity in SAP.



Monitor supplier performance using indicators and scorecards. Participate in resolving supply, quality, and delivery issues.

Develop action plans to reduce supply risks. Collaborate with planning, production, quality, logistics, finance, and sourcing teams on operational issues. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.

What Makes You An Asset To

Our Team Bachelor in Administration or equivalent Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the SAP ERP system (an asset). Knowledge of electronic components and machining (an asset).
