The Pub is a full-service production offering with 450+ subject matter experts spanning Digital, Video and Print production. We work with some of the biggest brands in Canada & the US on projects ranging from anthem TV spots to social content to (literally) billions of emails and digital assets shot, designed, developed and deployed by our team. No matter the channel, we seek to create experiences and content that leaves a long-lasting impact.

And to do it saving you time and money, while still getting you to the best quality product. The Producer manages projects as assigned by the Executive Producers or as requested by our clients. Collaborate with colleagues, vendors and agencies on quotes and projects as required.

Create inclusive team environments, meet frequently with editing teams to review client feedback and follow up at the completion of each project. Oversee the coordination of assets on all projects and ensure transparent communication with the Assistant Editor(s) & all artists working on any given job. Be extremely organized, have impeccable attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Have a good understanding of the post-production process and have the initiative to continue learning as processes and technology develop.

The salary range for this position is CAD $70,000 to $80,000 per year. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data. We use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications or analysing resumes.
