The Data Product

Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing data product roadmaps for their respective domains. This key role drives our data product vision, with a focus on a continuous delivery model and overall success. Determine the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of data-driven initiatives.

Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog while working with agile delivery teams. Analyze business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure data solutions meet stakeholder needs. Develop innovative and effective approaches to solve business problems using data analytics.

Understand and document data dependencies, business rules, and data flow schemas of the developed solution, e.g., Bachelor's degree and at least five years of mandatory experience as a Product Manager, Systems Management Analyst, or Product Owner for data projects,



including hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle (Master of Science preferred). Creative spirit, ability to define and implement a vision, and flexibility to adapt as needed. Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical know-how.

Knowledge of analytics, data platforms, and user testing to achieve results. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time an offer of employment is presented and are responsible for obtaining work permits, visas, or other necessary authorizations.
