What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda: As a product designer at Agoda, you’ll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you’ll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

The Customer Experience

Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self‑service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You’ll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration. As a senior designer, you’ll lead the direction and execution of these experiences across the space you own.

Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands,
