Working closely with stakeholders, this person will contribute to the evolution of processes, improving the user experience and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency. The successful candidate will join a squad in the Product Fulfillment area as a Product Owner and will play a pivotal role in the evolution of solutions supporting BDC’s financing activities. Identify user issues and recommend continuous improvements to processes, features,



and user experience.

Work in an Agile environment by continuously adjusting priorities, deliverables, opportunities, and risks as needs change. Support users and partners in understanding and using team dashboards and performance indicators. University degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.

Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts (BA), quality assurance (QA) specialists, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders. Bilingualism in French and English.

Experience in the banking, financial services or trade finance sector.

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

Professional Scrum Product

Owner (PSPO) certification.

Experience in a digital transformation or technology product delivery environment.
