SpryPoint builds fantastic web and mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies. As a Customer Information System (CIS) Product Owner at SpryPoint, you will play a key role in working with our customers and product teams in managing the CIS product backlog to execute the product roadmap. You will also develop expertise in our industry, our products,
and our users and play an active role in the education and enablement of our user community.
Facilitating feedback loops throughout the development cycle to ensure ideas translate to valuable products Working closely with a Development Team Lead to ensure the successful delivery of product Engaging with Service Delivery on specific project requirements and influencing customer transition timelines Supporting the Development team through the SCRUM sprint cycles Liaise with Customer Success to identify patterns and trends in customer issues and enhancement requests New feature education to support user enablement - both internal to the company and external to our customers Collaborating with the product management team on Quality Management practices through the design, develop and release cycles Supporting the sales process for estimating quotable development work Collaborating with business development with responses to RFPs and Statement of Work documents Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching, shifting priorities, and the ability to prioritize effectively You have a tendency to be positive, creative and curious Understanding of system design & analysis Strong B2B product and business experience,
