This position will be responsible for developing monthly production plans, coordinating mining activities, and working collaboratively with Operations, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams to ensure production objectives are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning day-to-day operational activities with short and medium-term mine plans, identifying operational constraints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

and long-term career growth opportunities. The compensation range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000 CAD, plus bonus and benefits. Develop and maintain monthly production plans and weekly execution priorities aligned with mine production schedules.

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to support operational targets. Complete workplace inspections of upcoming work areas to identify hazards, infrastructure requirements, and operational risks. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Geology, Maintenance, Ventilation, and Survey teams to resolve operational constraints.

Monitor operational performance, analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Support production and development optimization initiatives to improve productivity and cost performance. Lead or participate in daily production, planning, and safety meetings.

Liaise with contractors and vendors to evaluate solutions that improve operational performance. As the ideal candidate, you will bring a strong background in underground mining operations, production planning, and operational coordination. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Significant experience in underground mine operations, production planning, scheduling, and mine coordination.

Experience with mine planning and scheduling software, preferably Deswik. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
