- Lead assembly team and communicate daily objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations with supervisory support
- Perform safety audits and employee training
- Generate non-conformance reports on production issues
- Assist in assembly process rework and prototype production

Requirements:

- 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ERP systems
- Ability to read complex drawings and schematics
