The Print Centre Production Supervisor oversees the operations of the Print Centre Hub. Participates in the development, including quality of work, on time delivery, and driving production volume. Responsible for coaching and providing high quality instruction to the Associates.

Supervises performance of direct reports and ensures ongoing performance development. Accountable for training and coaching associates in all aspects of copy production and sales. Partners with management to performance manage direct reports including documentation.

Executes production tasks such as processing customer orders in an productive, accurate manner and paying close attention to detail and instructions, and follow proper production procedures (set up, quality control, and finishing).



Has a complete understanding of company policies and procedures related to their position and direct reports, as outlined in the training checklists. 2-3 years progressive experience with previous supervisory and coaching experience. ~Strong familiarity with digital and specialty print products and production techniques. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently in the Copy Centre Hub.
