As a Production Technician, Kiefel - Weekend Day shift, you are happiest when you are moving, and we will not disappoint! Baxter is known for its speed and high-quality product. Our manufacturing operations are around-the-clock to meet the needs of our customers.

Comprehensive training will be provided, along with additional support from direct supervisors and coworkers in the Manufacturing team when required.

Troubleshoot, set up, and make equipment adjustments to produce a quality product efficiently Perform QA inspections and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)



Transport raw materials and finished products following safe lifting guidelines Identify and implement minor equipment/process improvements Visually inspect filled bag assemblies for various quality characteristics Successful completion of High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required (Proof will be requested) Manufacturing and Quality background within a GMP setting Excellent technical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills Demonstrated valuable attendance and performance in present position Flexibility to work overtime as required Experience in successfully troubleshooting mechanical problems A. tools and gauges, and computer You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
