Rooted Landscaping and Tree Removal is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in various positions. We are a growing company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for an individual with softscaping and or Hardscaping experience.
Garden installation/maintenance, strong Plant ID, great customer service and a positive attitude. Minimum of 3 years experience is preferred, but will train the individual with the right energy, attention to detail and attitude.

Job Scope
- Hardscaping - interlocking stone, patios, retaining walls, walkways, boulders, etc.
- Land Clearing, development, foundation/base preparation.
- Tree Removal And more!
Compensation & Perks
- Pay ranges from $20-30+ per hour based on the position and level of experience.
- Opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company.
- 3 months of winter vacation.
- Dedicated work vehicles for Crew Leaders.
- Bonus Performance Pay.
