Understand and resolve airframe and systems problems providing technical support by answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) raised by Quality. Work in close cooperation with other disciplines such as Stress, Materials & Processes, Systems, Flight Science, Design, Methods, Quality and Operations to resolve NCR’s and achieve the company’s business objectives. Participate in projects that aim to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve financial performance.





Work schedule is day shift. You have a Bachelor of Engineering degree or College (3 year) technical diploma in mechanical or aerospace engineering. You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with airframe structure repairs.

You have the desire and capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training. You are familiar with metallic and composite aircraft structures as well as aircraft system installation. You are flexible and comfortable working under pressure with a minimum of supervision.

You have sound technical judgement and a practical approach. You have good oral and written communication skills in English. You know how to browse Engineering mockups in Catia v5.
