Lead the launch of the THRIVE Center at Bay Area Community Resources. As a Program Coordinator, you'll coordinate services for families and develop key partnerships to ensure accessibility. This full time role focuses on building a new community resource for children, youth, and families.

The Program

Coordinator will manage operations, partner collaboration, and outreach initiatives designed to create seamless access to essential services. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality support experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate partnerships with schools and community organizations
- Facilitate partner meetings and maintain workflows
- Develop intake systems and referral pathways




- Supervise the Family Resource Navigator's work
- Lead community outreach and relationship-building initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field plus three years’ experience
- Proven leadership in community programs and partnerships
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and family-centered practices
