As a Director, Program Management Navigation, your key responsibilities include: Lead and develop a team of Program Managers responsible for successful execution of customer programs.

Maintain a clear view of program opportunities, risks and priorities and drive the necessary action plans. Ensure programs meet customer commitments, development milestones, delivery schedules and financial objectives. Own program financial performance, forecasting and key performance indicators.





Support annual bookings objectives and identify opportunities to grow business with existing and current customers. Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Maintain executive-level visibility into customer priorities, expectations and concerns.

Monitor customer satisfaction and drive actions to continuously improve performance. Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand long-term customer relationships. Coach, challenge and develop Program Managers across business, customer, commercial and technical competencies.

Actively contribute as a member of the management team and support broader company objectives. Drive continuous improvement in Program Management processes and performance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; MBA is an asset. ~Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment. ~ Demonstrated customer management, negotiation and influencing skills.
