Note: One Temporary Full-Time vacancy is available with a contract duration of 2 years from the date of hire. This position is deemed a critical vacancy.

Payband: $38.09 - $44.04 per hour (Payband H)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Averaging of hours applies according to the Support Staff Collective Agreement (Appendix C)

Work Mode: Hybrid – This position requires minimum 1 day onsite per week.

Why this Role is Significant

This role will be dedicated to supporting the implementation of Phase 3 – Student of the colleges Enterprise Resource Planning Student Information System Migration. The analysts will help support key initiatives regarding the conversion, migration, integration and reporting of data from legacy to future systems. Under the supervision of the Director Enterprise Applications and Data Solutions, provides programming and systems analysis and design expertise in the development, maintenance and support of the College's information systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Develops, codes, documents, tests and maintains programs according to specifications and/or user requests.

Provides project management,



systems analysis and systems design for small systems and sub-systems to satisfy business requirements.

Provides programming requirements to assigned programming staff, answers questions, performs system testing, provides test system to end-users for end-user acceptance testing and approval.

Provides system training and support for end users and the End User Support Specialist.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

3 year diploma/degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field

Minimum three years computer programming experience including at least one year experience in project management, systems analysis, systems design, SQL Server database administration, SQL programming An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday, VBScript and JavaScript would be an asset

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
