The Project

Accountant will oversee full-cycle accounting for various real estate projects, including handling reconciliations and monitoring project costs. With a strong emphasis on analytical skills, this position supports financial reporting and cash flow management while collaborating with senior leadership. Candidates with property accounting experience will excel here. Oversee full-cycle accounting for assigned projects

- Prepare reconciliations and bank statements monthly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing
- Track project costs, cash flows, and funding draws
- At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
