At Graham, we're building bench strength through this Expression of Interest (EOI) evergreen requisition to support upcoming Water and Wastewater projects across Ontario. This opportunity is designed to proactively connect with Project Coordinator professionals at various experience levels who are passionate about building what matters. By joining our talent pipeline, you'll be considered for future opportunities supporting the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects that strengthen communities.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Managers and Superintendents, contributing to the successful delivery of projects from planning through execution.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking, including timelines, labor, and material quantities. Coordinating project documentation,



such as drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders. Assisting with or managing change events, including the preparation and tracking of change notices and scope adjustments.

Supporting safety and quality processes, including assistance with safety plan reviews and quality control activities Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Previous experience working for a general contractor is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling and project management software; familiarity with construction project systems, practices, and processes (InEight experience is an asset).
