Red Nucleus is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Medical Communications team! This person will be hybrid based out of our Toronto office. *This will be a contract to hire role starting with around 20 hours a week for 4 months then opportunity to move to full time. The Project

Coordinator supports the delivery of medical communications projects, helping to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, they assist in translating project requirements into actionable plans and support day-to-day execution. The PC builds strong organizational skills, develops an understanding of project workflows, and contributes to a smooth and consistent team and client experience.

Take a lead role in scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and maintaining project documentation. With supervision, lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables are up to date. Serve as a primary point of contact on project while ensuring communication between internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth workflow.

Draft the creation of briefs and Statements of Work Proactively understand client business objectives,



project objectives and content to be able to flag potential issues with regulatory or technical barriers. Maintain project files, templates, and reporting tools to support effective project management. Prioritize project deliverables & assignments through effective communication with all stakeholders.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to multidisciplinary production teams, including UX, Graphic Design, Animation, Software Development, and Quality Assurance Manage project resourcing, collaborating with senior team members to address changes and pivots in project requirements In collaboration with account team, manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, devise contingency plans and communicate to clients. Lead postmortem meetings to gather key learnings after project completion and recommend improvements. Identify opportunities for process development and enhancement to improve project efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, or sciences) 2+ years of relevant digital, account, project management and/or healthcare experience in an interactive agency You’re a specialist who takes a structured approach to their work ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to scope. Proven success in the strategy, planning,



and implementation of client facing digital projects Excellent people, conflict resolution skills, and client service attitude, leading to a proven ability to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties A hands‑on background in web or mobile development processes and platforms – experience managing HTML5, Flash, iOS and Android projects is a plus A track record of delivering multiple projects on time and on budget and managing competing priorities while maintaining client and team relationships Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes Outstanding meeting and time management skills Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare knowledge an asset Experience working with project management software, including MS Project, Basecamp or Redmine Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Once converted to a full time employee, the salary range for the role is $52,000 to $68,000 CAN. Employees may progress within this range over time based on performance, tenure, and internal equity considerations.
