Ledcor is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Highway Maintenance team in Leduc. This is a hands-on, site-level role ideal for those seeking to build a career in construction supervision and operations management. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of highway maintenance and construction projects.

You’ll play a key role in all aspects of operations, including quality control, estimating, contract administration, crew management, equipment operations, and more.

Knowledge of office processes: subcontract management; Learn technical and operational aspects of highway maintenance Conduct quality inspections, audits, and materials testing Analyze operational data (e.g., storm response, patrols, drainage, vegetation) Manage quality documentation, procurement tasks, and project reporting 1-3 years of related experience in project coordination, management or a combination of education and field exposure ~ CET or EIT designation is a nice to have but not required ~ A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools ~ Flexibility to travel to other locations ~ Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing ~ Monday to Friday schedule based in our office in Leduc Travel required (up to 20%) to other shop locations within Alberta The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
