You should have a background in mechanical engineering and project management experience, along with bilingual proficiency in English and French. Collaborate with various teams, set performance expectations, and participate in road tests to validate engineering concepts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of mechanical systems for new products
- Work alongside design and manufacturing engineering teams
- Create and implement validation and performance criteria plans
- Conduct analyses to support design technicians
- Validate designs through participation in road tests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Fluent in both English and French
- Experience with mechanical tolerancing and principles
- Project management expertise
- Availability for occasional travel
