Lead strategic initiatives for UBC's Faculty of Medicine as a Project Manager. Oversee project design, execution, and evaluation while collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership. This role is crucial in managing projects that align with the Faculty’s strategic plan. As a Project Manager, you will independently handle multiple concurrent projects of varying complexities.
Key skills include project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management. You will work closely with the Senior Advisor and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development and implementation of strategic projects
- Conduct stakeholder consultations and analyses
- Track project progress and manage communications
- Facilitate project meetings and capture decisions
- Document project charters, plans, and reports Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum three years of project management experience
- Robust communication and analytical skills
- Experience in academic or health education environments
