Introduction

The Technology and Transformation Strategy team is seeking experienced professionals to lead complex initiatives in the DevOps space. This role involves coordinating delivery across multiple squads and aligning work required from various partner teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project-management discipline, technical fluency in a DevOps workplace, and the ability to turn cross-team commitments into an integrated and executable delivery plan.

Required Skills &
- Qualifications

- Strong project management experience, particularly in delivering complex technology initiatives.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in coordinating security-control implementation and managing dependencies.

- A practical understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.

- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills &
- Qualifications

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management certifications.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira,



Confluence, and ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment technologies.

- Understanding of application inventories and data reconciliation processes.

- Experience in coordinating technical testing and business validation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex DevOps initiatives, from mobilization and scope definition through implementation, rollout, stabilization, and handoff.

- Create and maintain an integrated delivery plan covering squad deliverables, cross-team dependencies, milestones, environments, testing, approvals, communications, rollout activities, and operational readiness.

- Coordinate delivery across one or more DevOps squads and the infrastructure, cloud, security, ServiceNow, application, data, platform, quality-engineering, and support teams required to complete the work.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, architects, engineers, Quality Engineers, security partners, and business or technology stakeholders to clarify outcomes, responsibilities, sequencing, and acceptance criteria.

- Establish clear governance, meeting cadence, decision paths, delivery controls, and escalation mechanisms appropriate to the initiative.
