About Us

Kraken Security is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who excels at coordinating projects, managing timelines, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify potential project risks, resolve issues, and proactively implement solutions.
- Manage project documentation, including quotes, schedules, progress reports, and project closeout.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall performance.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and labour to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience in security systems, particularly access control, intercoms,



video surveillance required.
- Previous experience in project management or supervisory roles in the security systems industry required.
- Knowledge in networking and LAN environments required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Experience coordinating teams, contractors, and clients.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Experience with ICT, and Protege WX and GX certifications are an asset.
- Relevant industry certifications or project management training are considered an asset.
